35-Year-Old Nurse Armstrong Monareng Reported Missing in Bushbuckridge, Mpumalanga
Police and family members are urgently searching for Armstrong Monareng (35), a nurse from Violetbank, Bushbuckridge, who has been missing since 15 October 2025. He reportedly left home to report for duty at Dwarsloop Clinic but never returned. His disappearance has raised deep concern across Mpumalanga.
How Bushbuckridge Nurse Armstrong Monareng Went Missing
According to the South African Police Service (SAPS), Mr Monareng left home that Wednesday morning wearing his clinic uniform and never came back. His phone has been off since, and there have been no confirmed sightings.
Family members realized something was wrong when he failed to return from work or answer calls. Police were immediately alerted and a missing person case was opened.

SAPS Bushbuckridge Launches Search for Missing Violetbank Nurse
Police have confirmed that a full investigation is underway. Warrant Officer Busisiwe Dlamini has urged the public to assist by sharing any leads that might help find him.
“Anyone who knows where Mr Monareng might be, or who saw him after 15 October, should contact the police right away,” said Dlamini. “Every tip matters in a case like this.”
