Police and Family Appeal for Help to Find Missing Toddler Oyama Mfunwa
A desperate search is underway for 20-month-old Oyama Mfunwa, who went missing while playing outside in Lujacweni, Flagstaff, on Friday, 15 May 2026.
The disappearance of the toddler has left her family and the local community deeply concerned as police continue efforts to trace her whereabouts. Authorities are urging members of the public to come forward with any information that may assist in locating the child safely.
According to information provided, Oyama Mfunwa was last seen wearing a pink tracksuit top, grey jean trousers, and black boots at the time of her disappearance. It is believed that she had been playing outside before she suddenly went missing.
Police have since launched an investigation into the case. The investigating officer, Warrant Officer Ngomani, has appealed to residents in Flagstaff and surrounding areas to remain alert and report anything suspicious that could help in the search.
