Sindi Potgieter, 51, has been found after being reported missing from Patryshoek AH in Pretoria North, Gauteng, on 4 May 2026.

Her daughter, Taylor Burger, contacted Missing Person South Africa on 16 September to confirm that Sindi had been located.

According to her daughter, a woman who had seen the missing-person appeal on Facebook recognised Sindi’s name and knew her new employer. This helped the family establish that Sindi was in Durban.

The family was subsequently able to locate her.
