We have an important update on the search for Jason Foster. It has now been one week since Jason was last seen along the N1 near Colesberg on 4 October 2024.
The family of Jason Foster, a 38-year-old man from Clayfield, Phoenix, is desperately seeking the public’s help to find him. Jason went missing on 4 October 2024 after accompanying a friend, a long-distance truck driver, from Cape Town.
According to reports, Jason and the driver had a misunderstanding, after which Jason left the vehicle near Colesberg along the N1. Since then, he has not been seen, and he has no mobile phone to contact his family.
Jason was last seen wearing black jeans, a navy jacket, and a piercing under his lower lip. His family is extremely worried as he doesn’t have their contact details and has no means of reaching out.
The family has contacted Missing Person South Africa and Ezivuthayo Umlazi Folweni and South Coast for support. This afternoon (Sunday), they traveled to Colesberg to search for Jason and put up posters throughout the area.
The family visited hospitals, police stations (SAPS), petrol stations, and morgues, distributing posters and asking for any leads. Unfortunately, nobody has seen or heard anything about Jason’s whereabouts so far.
We ask everyone to continue praying and keeping an eye out. The family is extremely worried and needs all the support they can get in these difficult times.
