A Durban family is pleading for help to locate their missing brother, Lindokuhle Mbemba, fondly known as Nakhane. The 29-year-old from Waterloo, Durban, was last seen after leaving home in a state of distress, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
A Brother’s Cry for Help
According to his family, Lindokuhle was angry and emotional the night before he disappeared. His sister revealed that he left the next day saying he was headed to Pinetown, but no one has seen or heard from him since.
“It’s been agonizing not knowing where he is. He may have said or done things he regrets, but all we want is for him to come home safely,” said his distraught sister.

Despite filing a missing person report, the family has received no leads. They’ve reached out to friends, relatives, and even his manager at work, but there’s been no breakthrough.
Last Seen Details
Lindokuhle is a 6-foot-tall Xhosa man with a slender build. On the day he disappeared, he was wearing:
- A brown cap
- Black trousers
- White Vans shoes
- A black hoodie
He was reportedly last heard saying he was heading to Pinetown, but even family members in the area have not seen him.

“This is not like him. He might be scared or ashamed, but all we want is to know he’s safe. We’re asking anyone who has seen him to please come forward,” his sister added with tears in her eyes.
