Police are seeking the community’s assistance in the urgent search for 70-year-old Ms. Beauty Tuse, who has been missing since Friday, 20 September 2024. Ms. Tuse was last seen on Tuesday, 17 September 2024, around 5 PM near Mariri Farm and Koeltehof Farm in Patensie, Eastern Cape.
On the day of her disappearance, Ms. Tuse was wearing a brown printed makoti dress, paired with a pink towel or scarf wrapped around her waist. She was also wearing socks but no shoes.
Authorities, alongside volunteers, launched an immediate search for the missing woman on 21 September. The search continues today, 22 September, with assistance from the K9 Search and Rescue Unit and dedicated community members. However, the search was paused yesterday and will resume today.
The police are calling on anyone with information that could help locate Ms. Tuse or provide insights into her disappearance to come forward.
