Desperate Search Underway for Missing Teen Buhle Precious Mpuma, Last Seen in Riebeckstad

A heartbreaking mystery has gripped the community of Riebeckstad as authorities launch a search for 14-year-old Buhle Precious Mpuma, who vanished without a trace on Sunday, 19 January 2025.

Buhle, a bright and loving teenager, left her parents’ home in Riebeckstad that fateful morning, heading to a shopping mall in Thabong. However, she never returned, sparking panic and a race against time to locate her. Despite relentless efforts by her family and authorities, Buhle’s whereabouts remain unknown, leaving her loved ones devastated.

Description of the Missing Teen

Buhle is described as having a dark complexion, medium build, and being short in height. She is easily recognizable by the dimples on her cheeks and her short black hair. On the day of her disappearance, she was wearing a black, yellow, and pink t-shirt, black and white trousers, and white Crocs shoes.

Authorities and Family Plead for Help

The community of Riebeckstad and Thabong has been urged to rally together to help find Buhle. Her distraught parents are appealing for anyone who might have seen or heard anything to come forward.

Detective Sergeant Jane Finger, who is leading the investigation, is urging members of the public to report any information that could lead to Buhle’s safe return.

“If you’ve seen or heard anything, no matter how small, please speak up. We need the community’s support to bring this child back home,” said Detective Sergeant Finger.
