Authorities and the community are seeking assistance in locating Teboho Molefe, a 26-year-old man from Soweto, Johannesburg, who has been reported missing.
Teboho, who has a mild mental condition, was last seen in the Shongweni Dam area in Pinetown, Durban.
Teboho had traveled to Shongweni with the intention of receiving traditional healing at the Shozi residence.
However, after experiencing adverse effects from the treatment, he sought help at the Chibini Church in the same area.
Unfortunately, he did not find the assistance he needed there.
Distressed, he walked approximately 9 kilometers to the construction site of the Westown Mall.
