Speaking to Missing Person South Africa, Sive’s sister shared the pain the family is enduring:

“Each day feels like a year. We don’t know where he is, or if he’s safe. My mother cannot sleep, and the children keep asking when he will come back. We just want him home.”

Relatives have since made urgent appeals to community members to assist with any possible information.
