GQEBERHA, SOUTH AFRICA – The South African Police Service (SAPS) in the Eastern Cape is urgently appealing to the public for assistance in locating a missing teenage boy, Mzwamadoda Ndinisa, who disappeared on Thursday, 19 June 2025.
The 15-year-old was last seen by family members leaving his home in Mama Street, New Brighton, to visit a friend. According to police investigations, Mzwamadoda left his friend’s residence at approximately 18:00 that same evening but never returned home.
The SAPS Motherwell Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit (FCS) has since launched an official missing person investigation. Authorities are now calling on anyone who may have seen the teen or has information about his whereabouts to come forward.

📌 Description of Missing Teenager
At the time of his disappearance, Mzwamadoda was wearing:
- Khaki pants
- A purple hoodie top
- Black sandals (flops)
His sudden disappearance has left family members deeply concerned, and the community of New Brighton is rallying together in the hope of finding the young boy safe and sound.

“We are doing everything in our power to trace the steps of the missing boy, but we cannot do this alone. Every piece of information, no matter how small, can make a difference,” said a spokesperson from SAPS.
